UniTek Global Services Partners with Amazing Workplace to Prioritize Happiness
By working with Amazing Workplace to conduct a confidential and comprehensive Conversation, UniTek leadership gained powerful insights into employee sentiment.

UniTek Global Services, a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure solutions across North America, is proud to announce the results of their recent partnership with Amazing Workplace to conduct an anonymous Employee Happiness Conversation. The results were exceptional: 91% of UniTek employees reported being happy or very happy at work—a figure more than double the national average.
With over 750 employees across 65+ locations and a growing reputation for high-performance fiber deployment through its divisions—CI Services, Graycliff Enterprises, Hutchins Telecom, SDT Solutions, and Wirecomm—UniTek understands that a thriving workforce is at the core of its ability to deliver at scale and speed.
“Love the leadership here. We are heard, and ideas are put together and utilized. Amazing place to work,” shared one employee in the Conversation, highlighting a culture of responsiveness and respect that fuels innovation from the ground up.
Another team member remarked, “I have the privilege of working with a great team where each member genuinely supports one another.” This spirit of collaboration reflects UniTek’s success in managing complex, fast-paced infrastructure projects while creating a sense of belonging.
Working on large, complex projects, mistakes must be identified early and fixed quickly. A work environment that heavily punishes mistakes can end up unintentionally incentivizing employees to hide them. UniTek’s safe and supportive environment stood out in responses. One employee noted, “I think what I like most about working here is the freedom to make and correct mistakes. I have worked at other places where even the tiniest mistake turned into a drama fest. Here I can learn and grow from my mistakes.”
By working with Amazing Workplace to conduct a confidential and comprehensive Conversation, UniTek leadership gained powerful insights into employee sentiment. The results confirmed that Unitek’s intentional culture of support, flexibility, and accountability makes a real difference. But they didn’t stop there.
UniTek is committed to the process of improvement and is shaping its 2025 “people goals” based on real employee feedback. As UniTek continues to lead some of the largest and fastest network buildouts in the telecommunications industry, this focus on internal excellence—just like their infrastructure work—is built to last.
