A New Standard for Employee Happiness

In 2025, TOA SE conducted their second Employee Happiness® Conversation, an anonymous workplace survey using patent-pending feeling verification technology to measure how employees truly feel about their work environment.

TOA SE’s motto, “quick and flexible,” not only reflects their approach to engineering solutions but also mirrors how Amazing Workplace delivers its tools and insights: efficiently, responsively, and tailored to meet the needs of dynamic organizations.

The results showed a remarkable shift: 74% reported that they often feel happy at work—more than double the percentage from just one year earlier in 2024. Participation for both 2024 and 2025 was over 80%, ensuring a strong representation of employee sentiment. In addition to now being a Certified Amazing Workplace, this year’s results have earned TOA SE the Workplace Happiness Award. The Workplace Happiness Award recognizes workplaces who have independently verified that 70% or more of their employees often feel happy at work.

This dramatic increase in employee happiness affirms the powerful impact of listening to employees, understanding their needs, and taking meaningful action. It shows that when leadership makes employee happiness a true priority, transformation follows.
