Recognizing that employee happiness is essential to organizational success, INSURICA partnered with Amazing Workplace to conduct its Employee Happiness® Conversation—an anonymous survey using patent-pending feeling verification technology. This comprehensive approach provided a clear and accurate picture of how employees truly feel about working at INSURICA. With 88% of employees responding, 97% report they often feel satisfied, happy, or very happy at work.

INSURICA’s results highlight the most important driver of success: its people. Almost 100% of employees shared that they feel happy or very happy about safety, enjoyment, belonging, and empowerment—essential components to high employee engagement.
