Recognizing that happy employees drive lasting success, Gursey | Schneider partnered with Amazing Workplace to conduct its Employee Happiness® Conversation, an anonymous survey that measures how employees truly feel at work using patent-pending “feeling verification” technology.
Participation was strong, with 78% of employees taking part and 80% saying they often feel happy or very happy at work. Thanks to these results, Gursey | Schneider earned certification as an Amazing Workplace and received the Distinguished Workplace Happiness Award.
