In May 2025, ICT Billet conducted an Employee Happiness® Conversation—a comprehensive, anonymous survey that uses patent-pending feeling verification technology to uncover how employees really feel about their workplace.
The results? Every single employee participated in the survey—an impressive 100% response rate, with 97% reporting they feel satisfied or better, and 76% reporting that they feel happy or very happy at work on a regular basis. ICT Billet’s results were among the elite for both measurements.
