Listening to Employees
Recognizing that employee happiness is a cornerstone of organizational performance, Abacus Plumbing partnered with Amazing Workplace to launch an Employee Happiness® Conversation, a next-generation survey built on patent-pending feeling-verification technology. This interactive, anonymous process gives leaders an accurate read on how employees really feel at work.
Of those who responded, 66% reported feeling happy or very happy at work. This result is notably higher than the national average: the average US workplace reports 40% of employees are happy at work.
Conversation results point to a solid foundation. Employees at Abacus share common values, and many report feeling connected to the work and the team. Although two out of three employees already report being happy at work, the data also highlights opportunities for growth.
Turning Insight into Impact
Abacus Plumbing knows that happy employees lead to better performance, higher retention, and stronger relationships with customers. Employee voices are guiding leaders as they review results and work to increase happiness across the organization.
