Eastwood Homes was founded by Joseph K. Stewart in 1977. It is the mission of the entire team at Eastwood to build homes of exceptional value and outstanding craftsmanship while delivering unparalleled customer service. The company has seen a great deal of change over the years, but their commitment to conducting business with integrity has never wavered. Forty-plus years and more than 17,000 happy homeowners later, Joe Stewart is still completely involved in the operations of the company. His son Clark is following in his fathers footsteps. Clark joined Eastwood Homes full time in 2006, and has become heavily involved with the construction end of the business. He will one day succeed Joe, and carry on the family legacy. Eastwood Homes currently operates in eight divisions in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia.
