Workplaces may receive certification by conducting a Happiness Conversation through the Amazing Workplace Platform™. Workplaces who independently verify that 70% or more of their people (employees) often feel satisfied, happy, or very happy are certified as an Amazing Workplace for that calendar year.

It is the mission of the entire team at Eastwood to build homes of exceptional value and outstanding craftsmanship while delivering unparalleled customer service. The company has seen a great deal of change over the years, but their commitment to conducting business with integrity has never wavered. Forty-plus years and more than 17,000 happy homeowners later, Joe Stewart is still completely involved in the operations of the company. His son Clark is following in his fathers footsteps. Clark joined Eastwood Homes full time in 2006, and has become heavily involved with the construction end of the business. He will one day succeed Joe, and carry on the family legacy.
