Production Services Unlimited, Inc. (PSU) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities across seven counties in southwest Ohio. Since 1971, PSU has helped people discover possibilities, define their goals, and build fulfilling lives. Today, as an accredited Medicaid provider, PSU delivers a full continuum of services—including employment programs, vocational training, and adult day services—that spark community connection, skill-building, and independence.

PSU knows that thriving organizations start with happy employees. That’s why in 2024, they partnered with Amazing Workplace to measure and elevate employee happiness through the patented Employee Happiness® Conversation. This anonymous, research-backed process verifies how employees truly feel at work. This year, 100% of participants report they often feel satisfied, happy, or very happy at work—a 9% jump from last year.
