The company cares about you as an individual and employee more than any company I've been a part of. Even if there were issues outside of work there is probably 10-15 people that I could rely on. They care about who you are as a person and not just a number on a page.

Most of the people are personable, interactive, and supportive. Sometimes I get some training in new skills. The leadership is great at diplomacy. The middle management does its best to accommodate difficulties in life. They are patient, and I have never heard a harsh word or criticism. Moving employees in the proper direction is done with masterful diplomacy on a level I have never seen in another company.
