Throughout the years that I've held various jobs I've learned that one of the most important things for me is getting along with my senior and having a caring and kind person over me. For me this is one of the most enjoyable parts of my job, that my seniors are really kind, they like the products I produce and don't micromanage like I have experienced often in the past. If I ever make something that wasn't aligning with their orders it is never invalidating. Overall I can say that this is the sanest and best company I've worked for so far and I love the way it is run. It is also extremely validating of high stats which is so amazing!
