Workplaces may receive certification by conducting a Happiness Conversation through the Amazing Workplace Platform™. Workplaces who independently verify that 70% or more of their people (employees) often feel satisfied, happy, or very happy are certified as an Amazing Workplace for that calendar year.

Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. was founded in 1995 and specializes in providing residential and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) and related conditions, mental illness (MI), and brain injuries (BI) via two primary services; Long-term residential living and In-Home support services. Cardinal operates 40 residential homes in Minnesota, serving 240 clients and is comprised of a workforce of 350 employees. Cardinal operates in the following communities; Rochester, Winona, Austin, Red Wing, Spring Valley, Harmony and Bemidji.
