Creating a Culture Where People Thrive
MIDFLORIDA Credit Union, a leading financial institution based in Lakeland, Florida, is taking a bold step toward enhancing its workplace culture by partnering with Amazing Workplace. In July 2025, they will launch their first Employee Happiness Conversation, an innovative and confidential way for employees to share how they feel about working at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union. This initiative is designed to celebrate what’s working well, uncover opportunities for growth, and strengthen the employee experience across the organization.

Unlike traditional surveys, Amazing Workplace’s Happiness Conversation uses a dynamic, conversation-based model. It empowers employees to speak honestly and anonymously, giving leadership deep insight into how their team is genuinely feeling.

Launching the First Happiness Conversation
The Happiness Conversation will invite employees to engaging, interactive discussions about working at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union. Employees will be able to confidentially share their thoughts and experiences across 10 key workplace topics, from culture and communication to leadership and growth opportunities.
The Conversation process will provide detailed results showing how people feel, highlighting important trends and recommendations. MIDFLORIDA Credit Union will work with Amazing Workplace to identify strengths to celebrate and opportunities for improvement. Most importantly, leadership will develop and communicate specific action plans, ensuring transparency and accountability every step of the way.
